SBA was founded in 2002 by a partnership of former big-firm consultants who saw a gap in the consulting advice provided to plan sponsors between the plan design and the administration of those plans. We have built a roster of consulting talent to address that gap. Simply put, we are insiders who stepped outside the big boxes.
