Andy Adams co-founded SBA with Mindy Zatto to help clients improve their bottom lines and their vendor relationships. Andy has 20 years of industry experience, specifically, managing large organizations. Most recently, Andy was COO of a national consulting and outsourcing company. He has deep experience in managing recordkeeping, systems, consulting and call center units, and has led sales units to impressive numbers. Andy has successfully implemented organization-wide initiatives for selling strategically and Six Sigma Quality. With a reputation for turning struggling organizations into solidly performing entities, Andy is known for his accurate business judgment.

Early in Andy’s career, he was recognized as the first person in the country to innovate, design and implement the concept of Defined Contribution Strategic Alliances and the ability to daily trade and settle investments from separate managers. This innovation became the model of the defined contribution industry today. He is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in industrial management.
