Mindy Zatto co-founded SBA with Andy Adams. She is a recognized leader in the field of employee benefits. With 20 years of industry experience, she has assisted numerous Fortune 500 companies with plan design and implementation, benchmarking, merger/acquisition due diligence and protected benefit analysis, plan terminations, cost studies, nondiscrimination testing and compliance solutions, participant self-service Web application design, administrative reengineering, benefit calculation audits, data cleanup, administrative system design, development of comprehensive benefit statements, and countless special projects to address significant client issues.

Mindy’s areas of expertise encompass defined benefit, defined contribution and health & welfare. She was an industry pioneer in the defined benefit outsourcing arena and developed one of the first complete defined benefit administration practices in the country. Mindy graduated cum laude from Harvard University, and has earned the following designations:
